CAN YOU MIX COOLANT?
You can mix different coolant as long as they are the same type of coolant. However, it’s not recommended to mix two different colors or types of antifreeze or coolants as this could cause damage to your cooling system, radiator, water pump, and engine. You can find the recommended type of coolant in your vehicle owner’s manual.
50/50 PREMIXED ANTIFREEZE
ASIAN VEHICLE 50/50 ANTIFREEZE
NAPA’s Asian Blue, Green, Red, and Pink are specifically designed for automotive use in newer model cars and light duty Asian vehicles. Specifically formulated for Acura, Honda, Infiniti, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Isuzu, Lexus, and Toyota vehicles requiring a phosphate-enhanced organic technology (POAT) engine coolant.
• Compatible with other similarly formulated coolants.
• Service life protection of up to 5 years or 250,000 kilometers with a complete cooling system flush and fill.
EUROPEAN VEHICLE 50/50 ANTIFREEZE
NAPA’s European Euro I and Euro II is specifically designed for automotive use in newer model gasoline and light duty diesel powered vehicles. Specifically formulated for BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Smart, Volvo, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche vehicles requiring a Blue or Purple low silicate hybrid organic acid technology (Si-HOAT).
• Do not mix with conventional high pH, phosphate, borate, or silicate based coolants.
• Service life protection of up to 5 years or 250,000 kilometers with a complete cooling system flush and fill.
NORTH AMERICAN VEHICLE 50/50 ANTIFREEZE
NAPA’s North American Gold and Orange are specifically designed for automotive use in domestic North American gasoline and light duty diesel vehicles. Specifically formulated for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Hummer, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Saturn, and Saab vehicles requiring a Gold or Orange pure organic acid technology (POAT) engine coolant.
• Compatible with other similarly formulated coolants. Do not mix with conventional high pH, phosphate, borate, or silicate based coolants.
• Service life protection of up to 5 years or 250,000 kilometers with a complete cooling system flush and fill.
